Cancun, Q.R. — The Attorney General of the State of Quintana Roo reports that Investigation Police in coordination with their counterparts in the state of Puebla, executed an arrest warrant against Edgar O for the crime of femicide in tort of a victim of reserved identity.
Cancun police captured Edgar O, who was wanted on homicide charges in the state of Puebla after the death of a woman in Huejotzingo in 2013. La Fiscalía General del Estado says that Edgar O was taken into police custody in Cancun in SM 28 due to an outstanding arrest warrant issued by a criminal judge of the Judicial District of Huejotzingo in the state of Puebla.
La Fiscalía General del Estado reports that according to investigations, Edgar O is alleged to have to participated in the violent events where a woman lost her life in complicity with three more people. Authorities say the detainee will be transferred to that state to face criminal proceedings for this crime.
