Cancun, Q.R. — A man who was shot in a Cancun grocery store parking lot has died. The unidentified man of around 35, died Friday afternoon after being shot the day before.
Police and paramedics responded to the Thursday morning shooting that took place in the parking lot of Multiplaza Arco Norte. Witnesses detailed to police that the man, who was alone, was intercepted by two men on a motorcycle as he was entering the parking lot.
He was shot several times in the chest. He died from his injuries Friday. Police have not announced any arrests or possible suspects in the murder. A possible motive for the shooting is not known.
