Cancun, Q.R. — An armed subject who identified himself as a military agent was arrested Thursday morning by Cancun police after they found him in possession of guns and ammunition.
Quintana Roo Police announced the arrest of 58-year-old William N for the carrying of firearms. According to their report, the arrest was recorded when police officers, who were conducting surveillance tours in SM 23, saw a person inside a vehicle remove a weapon from his waist when he noticed police.
The man then assumed an evasive attitude. Police proceeded to inspect the man and his vehicle, discovering two guns and ammo. He was taken into custody and held for authorities.
