Cancun, Q.R. — The Attorney General of the State of Quintana Roo reports the capture of Edgar F for the crime of qualified homicide to the detriment of a victim with a reserved identity. The FGE says Edgar F is accused of killing another person by gunfire.
They report that during the early morning hours of January 28, 2017, the victim was walking on a public thoroughfare of López Portillo Avenue in SM 64 of Cancun when the now accused, in the company of another person, shot the victim in the chest, killing him.
Edgar F has been placed at the disposal of the court and will remain in preventive detention.
