Cancun, Q.R. — State authorities executed an arrest warrant for 11 people Wednesday. The group of eight men and three women were arrested for their alleged involvement in the March murder of a city man.
All 11, according to police, are related to events that occurred on March 18, 2025, on Carabanchel Avenue in Supermanzana 106 of Cancun where the deceased body of a man was found.
“At the time of discovery, the victim had multiple injuries such as puncture wounds, burns, and bruises, so he was transferred to the Forensic Medical Service for a legal autopsy, in addition to determining the exact cause of death,” they reported.
The warrants were executed by Investigative Police officers on Rogelio Castorena Street in Supermanzana 337 of Cancun Wednesday. Police did not provide additional information surround the murder.
The have said all 11 are facing charges of aggravated homicide.
