Cancun, Q. R. — A man picked up with a woman on drug and firearm charges is under investigation for murder. Frank Keli “N” and Guadalupe “N” were arrested Saturday after Cancun police found them in possession of illegal narcotics and each with a loaded handgun.
They were arrested on Niño Héroes Avenue in the Villas Otoch Paraíso subdivision of Cancun Saturday after a failed attempt to flee police.
Since being arrested, authorities have reported the investigation of Frank Keli “N” in the November 2023 shooting death of an unidentified Cancun resident.
“After being made available to the Public Ministry, it was determined that Frank Keli “N” is related to a homicide that occurred on November 4 of the current year on Niño Héroes Avenue near Supermanzana 259 of this municipality,” Cancun Homicide police reported in their statement.
