Cancun, Q.R. — A Cancun driver was killed Monday after his vehicle was riddled with bullets. At least five penetrated the driver’s side window. The driver’s metal door frame had additional bullet holes.
The broad daylight shooting happened around 3:00 p.m. in SM 92 by a man from a second vehicle who pared up with the small silver car before opening fire against its driver.
The unidentified driver of the compact car was pronounced dead by responding paramedics. Local authorities have not commented on the city’s latest shooting.
