Cancun, Q.R. — State officials reported finding skeletal remains on a private property in Alfredo V. Bonfil during a search Friday. In a briefing, the State Attorney of Quintana Roo said they made the discovery during an operation in conjunction with the Coordination Group for the Construction of Peace and Security in Quintana Roo.
The State Attorney General’s Office reported the discovery of bone remains and clothing on the Cancun property while they carried out a missing person’s operation. Additional details on the operation or their findings were not provided.
