Cancun, Q.R. — Eye witnesses point to a woman pulling the trigger that killed two people in Cancun Thursday. According to the preliminary report of the Municipal Public Security, the victims were identified as a man and a woman.
According to witnesses, they were shot by a woman from the back of a motorcycle. The daylight murders happened in the irregular neighborhood of Avante de Cancún.
Hours earlier, a similar attack was reported in another area of Cancun with witnesses saying a woman aboard the back of a motorcycle pulled the trigger. That shooting was against two construction workers who were transferred to the Cancun General Hospital where they are reported to be in critical condition.
Police began a search operation for those believed responsible, but have yet to announce arrests.
