Cancun, Q.R. — A man was killed over the weekend after being run over by an industrial dump truck. Emergency services received the report of the accident on Avenida Huayacán late Friday.
The now-deceased was the driver of a motorcycle. He collided with a van which caused him to fall from his bike. While he was skidding from the fall, an industrial dump truck happened upon the scene.
Police were tasked with sorting out the 5:00 p.m. accident that left the unidentified man dead after he was run over by the large truck. Personnel from the Forensic Medical Service were requested to remove the body.
The two drivers involved were detained for questioning.
