Cancun, Q.R. — Two alleged convenience store robbers were found armed when captured by Cancun police. The two youths were arrested in SM 260 after one was found carrying a gun and the other, a knife.
The Secretariat of Public Security reported the arrest of José Antonio N and Edgardo N for their probable participation in the crime of carrying a firearm, while indicating the pair are also suspects in violent robberies around Cancun.
At the time of their arrest, police found bottles of liquor, packages of cigarettes, packages of condoms and other items that were apparently taken from a convenience store.
