Chetumal, Q.R. — A Chetumal man was taken into police custody Friday after being reported for sexually abusing a dog. The report was made by the dog’s owner who reported her neighbor.
The complaint was made through emergency 911 who sent police to a private home in the Colonia Rubi area of the city. Upon arrival, police met with a man and woman who identified the now-detained as having sexually abused their dog.
Police took Isidro “N” into custody on charges of crimes against the environment in the form of animal abuse.
