Cancun, Q.R. — The head of the State Attorney General’s Office, Raciel López Salazar, announced an arrest for child pornography. Salazar said after an investigation, police were granted a search warrant.
Inside the home police found photos and videos. In custody is Moisés David “N”.
Specialized police in the Trafficking and Exploitation division executed an arrest warrant for a male individual, for his alleged involvement in acts possibly constituting the crime of human trafficking in the form of child pornography, Salazar reported Monday.
“Following a complaint for the crime of child pornography, they proceeded to compile the corresponding investigation with the evidence both from the office and from the field, obtained by the Investigative Police, which revealed files containing child pornography, such as photos and videos,” he said.

After obtaining the username for the account where those files were stored, the Prosecutor’s Office requested and obtained from the judicial authority the arrest warrant for the aforementioned individual, as well as the search warrant executed at his home, located in the Guerrero neighborhood of SM 231, where his electronic devices were seized.
