Cancun, Q.R. — As part of the comprehensive strategy regarding road safety, municipal police have launched a driver awareness campaign. The campaign has been launched by the Municipal Secretariat of Citizen Security and Transit (SMSCyT) of Benito Juárez.

The “Take care of your road, take care of your life,” campaign is being promoted with the goal of reducing the incidences of road accidents.

“Through the Department of Traffic, this campaign seeks to promote responsible and defensive driving, encouraging citizens to anticipate potential risky situations,” the Secretaría Municipal de Seguridad Ciudadana y Tránsito (SMSCyT) said.
