Cancun, Q.R. — Elements of the Quintana Roo Police report the arrest of four males after they were found carrying a firearm.
Police report their detainment at the José López Portillo Avenue police filter. The arrests were made when police noticed a firearm next to the driver’s seat while talking with the driver. The four were asked to exit the vehicle while police performed an inspection, locating one .38 caliber weapon.
Taken into custody were 56-year-old José N, 31-year-old Rubén N, José Luis N, 29 and Juan N, 30. The detainees were transferred to the Quintana Roo Police facilities.
