Cancun, Q.R. — Four male subjects were arrested by Quintana Roo Police for their alleged involvement in crime of homicide.
The arrests were made by patrolling surveillance police after they reported witnessing a black vehicle circulating slowly toward a lone male standing on a sidewalk in a residential area in Region 75 of Cancun. Watching the vehicle, police saw two men descend toward the man from the vehicle carrying a firearm. The pair then shot him before attempting to flee.
Police began to pursue the black vehicle and its four occupants, finally making their arrests in SM 235. Arrested for attempted homicide were 32-year-old Adrián N, 21-year-old Gustavo N, 18-year-old Jorge N and 20-year-old Francisco N, along with a firearm and ammunition.
The male shooting victim died at the scene.
