Cancun, Q.R. — Human remains were found wrapped in black bags and abandoned on a dirt road in SM 248 of Cancun. Passersby made the grim discovery around 8:00 a.m. Tuesday.
A call to 911 had police on their way to verify the finding. At the scene, they found the dismembered body of an adult male in two bags. The finding was made on a dirt road in the Maracuyá neighborhood after a passerby noticed human limbs protruding from the bags.
Forensics arrived to collect evidence and remove the bags. Cancun authorities have not commented on the early morning discovery.
