Cancun, Q.R. — The General Prosecutor of the State of Quintana Roo has reported the arrest of a man for the crime of sexual abuse against a minor child.
In a press release, la Fiscalía General del Estado de Quintana Roo say investigative police officers assigned to the Prosecutor’s Office Specialized in Sexual Crimes completed an arrest warrant against Raúl M for the crime of sexual abuse.
The events attributed to him occurred in January 2020 to the detriment of a child under 3 years of age. The arrest warrant was issued after evidence placed Raúl M at the scene which took place in a pre-school education establishment where the first investigation shows that the defendant lasciviously touched the body of a minor.
He was arrested on a public highway in SM 515 of Cancun and made available to the judge who issued his warrant. Raúl M was a janitor at the preschool in region 260 of Cancun where the event occurred.
