Cancun, Q.R. — Three men have been picked up from the Cancun Hotel Zone on possession of narcotics. The Secretaría de Seguridad Ciudadana (SSC) of Quintana Roo reported on their arrests Tuesday.
The Secretary of Citizen Security, in collaboration with the Attorney General of the State of Quintana Roo, managed to arrest Marco “N”, Andrés “N” and César “N” for their probable participation drug possession in Cancun.
The three men were taken into custody at Kilometer 16 of the Hotel Zone after officers saw them handling what appeared be drugs from a backpack. A subsequent search revealed 184 packages of drugs that included marijuana, crystal meth and cocaine products.
