Cancun, Q.R. — A man accused of killing his boyfriend in January of this year has been captured. On Friday, Juan Carlos “N” was arrested on an outstanding warrant for allegedly killing his boyfriend during a heated argument.
Juan Carlos “N” was taken into custody for qualified homicide after the shooting death of the unnamed name inside his Cancun home in January.
“The accused, identified as Juan Carlos “N”, allegedly took the life of a man when they were in the victim’s apartment in Supermanzana 246 when they began to argue,” the State Attorney General reported in a statement.
“At one point Juan Carlos “N” shoots the victim, causing injuries that caused his death,” they said adding that police had a previous record of domestic issues between the two.
