Cancun, Q.R. — A man remains in police custody after being arrested for the attempted murder of a Cancun woman. The Attorney General of the State of Quintana Roo (FGE) says Eidelber C, who was wanted on an arrest warrant for attempted murder, was captured in Cancun Monday.
The Fiscalía General del Estado (FGE) reports Eidelber C was arrested after a judge issued a warrant for his detainment in the December 31 attempted murder charge. The incident took place in a private home in SM 258 when Eidelber C is accused of trying to kill a woman with a knife.
A judge has ruled for Eidelber C to remain in preventive detention during the remainder of his legal process.
