Cancun, Q.R. — The Mexican Association of Real Estate Professionals of Cancun have announced a $21 million USD investment by the firm Pulso Inmobiliario. The money will be invested for the ongoing construction of Corporativo Cancún Uno, an office complex in the center of the city.
Pulso Inmobiliario has built numerous complexes in Mexico City including Mapfre Tower, NY Life, CitiCenter Insurgentes, Torre Manacar, Torre Banorte and Torre Impera Angel in CDMX, as well as large hotels around the country including Cancun.
Miguel Angel Lemus Mateos, head of AMPI Cancun announced that hotel operator Apple Leisure Group will occupy a portion of the building for their administrative headquarters, overseeing hotels in nine countries and 49 tourist centers.
Lemus Mateos says that of the nine floors that will make up Corporate Cancún Uno, six are already occupied by other companies, which has allowed the city to catch a glimpse of the demand for this type of services in the center of Cancún.
