Tulum, Q.R. — Three bodies were found shot to death in the municipality of Tulum early Monday. Workers passing through the wooded area found the bodies near the Tulum landfill.
According to preliminary information, the bodies found were of two men and one woman. All three had been shot. Municipal and ministerial authorities were at the scene of the finding along a dirt road off the federal highway.
Area workers stumbled upon the scene around 8:00 a.m. It is not known how long the bodies were there. At the site, police located a hand written message that was related to the independent sale of narcotics on another’s turf.
