Playa del Carmen, Q.R. — A Telmex pole that was weak at its base fell on top of a truck in Playa del Carmen.
The accidential mishap occurred in the Ejido area of the city while the vehicle was parked along 18th Street and Playa del Carmen Boulevard. Two men were inside the cabin of the furniture truck when the pole fell.
Neither suffered injuries, however, the vehicle did suffer approximately 15,000 peso in material damages.
