Playa del Carmen, Q.R. — Two suspects in the March murder of a Playa del Carmen man have been charged. Police say Abraham “N” and Moisés “N” have been charged with the crime of aggravated homicide.
Abraham “N”, alias “El Grande” has been charged in the March shooting death of his roommate. The victim was shot and killed in the La Guadalupana neighborhood of Playa del Carmen March 23 during an argument.
Police said after the murder, Moisés “N” help move the body, hiding it inside a building used as a mechanic shop.
“According to the evidence included in the investigation file, the events occurred during the early morning of March 23 of this year in a property located in the La Guadalupana neighborhood, in this municipality,” police reported.
“Initial investigations indicate that the victim arrived at the residence where the now-accused individuals were living together. At some point, following an argument between the victim and Abraham “N”, the latter allegedly used a firearm to shoot him, killing him at the scene.
“Subsequently, Abraham “N” requested the support of Moisés “N” to move the body and hide it inside the building used as a mechanic’s workshop.”
Both men have been ordered to remain jailed during their trials.
