Tulum, Q.R. — A waiter was shot and killed outside a gentleman’s bar in Tulum Wednesday. The targeted shooting happened in the Mayapax neighborhood early Wednesday morning.
The unnamed bar employee was reportedly shot drive-by style by one of two men traveling on a motorcycle. While outside the club, the driver of the motorcycle passed by while the second fired the weapon that left the waiter dead.
Police and paramedics arrived at the Géminis Street location where medical personnel confirmed the man’s death. Official details from Tulum police have not been provided. The identity of the victim is not known.
