Tulum, Q.R. — Witnesses to a speeding car called emergency services after the driver lost control and flipped. The accident was attended to by Tulum police Sunday afternoon. Reports say the car, which was traveling along a road leading to the municipality of Felipe Carrillo Puerto, suddenly left the highway and rolled.
Paramedics were called in to attend to the driver, who received only minor injuries. Traffic police were on scene as they waited for a tow truck to upright and remove the car from the side highway brush.
