Tulum, Q.R. — State police were at the scene of a fatal shooting in central Tulum Friday. Paramedics were called after workers inside a pizzeria witnessed a man being fatally shot.
The shooting happened around midnight when the unnamed man, an employee, was working inside the restaurant on Andromeda Street. The attack occurred in front of customers and coworkers as the employee was approached and fatally shot.
Red Cross paramedics responded and confirmed the man was dead. State Police officers cordoned off the area while evidence was collected and the body removed. Police have not identified the deceased or a motive for the shooting.
