Tulum, Q.R. — The State Attorney General’s Office reports the capture of an alleged thief in the municipality of Solidaridad for a crime committed in the municipality of Tulum.
The state attorney says Rodrigo Q has been arrested for his participation in a June 2 pawn shop theft where cash and jewelry were stolen. Prosecutors requested the arrest warrant after accrediting evidence collected at the scene.
The arrest of Rodrigo Q was made by police in the Villamar neighborhood of Playa del Carmen for the crime committed in Tulum. The detained will face criminal proceedings.
