Tlaxcala fugitive captured in municipality of Tulum

Tulum, Q.R. — Agents of the Investigative Police arrested a wanted fugitive in the municipality of Tulum Wednesday. Jorge David “N” was wanted in the state of Tlaxcala for aggravated kidnapping.

The arrest was made by agents of the Investigative Police assigned to the Specialized Prosecutor’s Office in Combating Kidnapping (FECS) of the State Attorney General’s Office (PGJE) in the town of Francisco Uh May in the municipality of Tulum.

Agents of the Procuraduría General de Justicia del Estado (PGJE) Investigative Police managed to locate, arrest and transfer the accused to Tlaxcala.

According to the PGJE, Jorge David “N” participated in the kidnapping of a man on February 14, with three others who then demanded money from his family. Prior to the arrest of Jorge David “N”, Tlaxcala police were able to locate and arrest the other three men involved in the kidnapping.
