The State Attorney General’s Office obtained a court order from to formally charge three people identified as Jesús Esteban “N”, Jan Anthony “N” and Fernando Roque “N”.
According to the initial investigation, the now-accused were in a gray pickup truck parked near the female victim’s home. When she arrived, Jesús Esteban “N” got out of the vehicle and went to the gate of the adjacent house, while Fernando Roque “N” approached her and with threats, attempted to subdue her with Jesús Esteban’s help.
At that moment, the victim screamed for help.
Thanks to the timely intervention of a neighbor, the woman managed to resist by clinging to some flowerpots on the fence of her home, preventing her from being forced into the vehicle.
Jan Anthony “N” is being charged for his role in being the driver of the vehicle. After the incident, the three men fled the scene.
