Tulum, Q.R. — A man arrested by Tulum police earlier this week on drug charges and released has been re-arrested. Julio “N”, who was taken into custody several days before on drug charges and released, has been arrested again.
According to the SSC (Secretaría de Seguridad Ciudadana) Julio “N” had already been arrested a couple of days ago, but was released and was found again committing the same criminal act.
He was arrested for a second time on 7 Sur Street with Kukulkan Avenue in Tulum after the corresponding review found him in possession of 22 transparent plastic bags with green vegetables with characteristics similar to marijuana and 15 “ziploc” type plastic bags with white fragments with characteristics similar to crystal meth.
