Cancun, Q.R. — A Tabasco woman wanted for attempted kidnapping has been located and arrested in Cancun. The State Attorney General reported on the arrest of Nancy del Carmen “N” who was picked up on an outstanding warrant Thursday.
Nancy del Carmen “N” is reported involved in the attempted kidnapping of a woman from her home in Paraiso, Tabasco on May 21 of this year. During the attempted kidnapping, the woman’s 11 year old son tried to protect his mother by preventing her from being removed from the home.
During the struggle, the boy was shot five times. He died at the scene.
A warrant for the arrest of Nancy del Carmen “N” was issued by a Tabasco judge and completed at a shopping plaza in the Paseos del Mar subdivision of Cancun. She has since been returned to the state of Tabasco to face charges.
