Tulum, Q.R. — Four male suspects in a March bar shooting will have their case go to trial. On Friday, the State Attorney General’s Office reported that the four males arrested for the deadly shooting will remain in custody.
The four defendants identified as Ignacio “M”, Francisco “H”, Josué “A” and Gerardo “M”, will go to trial for the murder of two Tulum men. The FGE says the judge found sufficient evidence to move forward with the charges.
The four males are on trial for the shooting deaths of two men on March 15 of this year. According to the FGE, the four men, aboard a car, went to a bar in the municipality of Tulum where they repeatedly shot the two men outside the establishment.
Their trials are set to begin in two months.
