State provides Tulum with new ambulances

Tulum, Q.R. — The government of Quintana Roo has delivered three new ambulances to Tulum mayor, Victor Mas Tah. The new units will be used to attend to emergencies in Chanchen I, Cobá and the municipality of Tulum

State governor Carlos Joaquín delivered the three new ambulances to the government of Victor Mas Tah who said the units will help reinforce emergency health care for the transfer of patients.

Mayor Mas Tah acknowledged Governor Carlos Joaquín González for his support in the area of health saying “There was an urgent need and therefore, we asked the governor for help and he promised to provide these three units through the Ministry of Health,” explained Tulum’s mayor.

Mas Tah also acknowledged the commitment of Governor Carlos Joaquín González to listen and attend to citizens. “It is our interest to seek the best welfare for the citizens of Tulum,” he said.

Before handing over the ambulances, Dr. Homero León Pérez pointed out that in Tulum, the units will be of great help to attend to tourist and citizen medical emergencies in a timely manner.
