Tulum, Q.R. — Seven people were arrested after a home search in Tulum. The search was carried out in collaboration with National Guard in the Tumben Kaa neighborhood.
The six men and one woman have been identified as Idan “N”, Bruno “N”, Luis Pablo “N”, Sonia María “N”, Santiago Julián “N”, Isaac “N” and Luis Enrique “N”, who were arrested after authorities located narcotics and drug paraphernalia inside the home.
The address was under investigation as sales point for drugs which lead police to the search. During the operation, investigative police found various narcotics that included marijuana, powdered cocaine, a substance to be determined and a “bag of tablets” (also to be determined) along with a loaded handgun.
At the conclusion of the inspection, official seals were placed on the home and those inside taken into custody.
