Playa del Carmen, Q.R. — Two men involved in a street brawl were arrested by PDC police after they began to fight after a collision. Both men, drivers of vehicles, were taken into custody after they participated in a physical altercation after crashing into one another.
The incident happened Sunday night near Misión del Carmen where a bus and motorcycle collided. Tempers quickly flared when both men began to argue.
Words quickly turned to punches that landed both men in jail.
Officers from the Playa del Carmen Citizen Security Secretariat arrested 34 year old Francisco Javier “N” from Yucatán and 20 year old Mauricio Miguel “N” from Morelos.
Police also seized the bus and motorcycle. Both were vehicles damaged during the collision. Police did not comment on driver responsibility.
