Tulum, Q.R. — Alan Miguel “N” has been arrested on an outstanding warrant for extorting a local business. According to police, he is accused of events that occurred in a commercial establishment located in the Tumben Kaam neighborhood of Tulum.
There, Alan Miguel “N” is accused of demanding money that to date, totaled 130,000 pesos from the victim for so-called “floor rights.”
“The victim agreed to give him the requested amount of 25,000 a month. From April 2024 until the present date, he was ordered to pay the amount under the threat that if he did not comply, he would be deprived of his life,” police said.
