Tulum, Q.R. — Three youths who were being pursued by Tulum police after ignoring a pull-over request have been arrested. The trio were asked to pull over after emergency personnel received a citizen complaint of gunfire.
Patrolling police located the vehicle, which was allegedly firing upon another car. A chase ensued. Police were successful in intercepting the Yucatan-plated Chevrolet where the trio were ordered out of the vehicle.
An inspection found the three in possession of drugs and weapons. Three youths aged 21, 24 and 26 were arrested.
