Tulum, Q.R. — An arrest warrant has been executed against a man wanted in relation to the 2024 murders of three in and around Tulum. On Saturday, personnel from the State Attorney General’s Office arrested Carlos Daniel “N”, alias “Charly” and/or “el 70”, for triple homicide.
The suspect was arrested by members of the Investigative Police. During the routine inspection, police seized a loaded firearm. Authorities have said that Carols Daniel “N” was taken into legal custody “for his probable participation in events that could constitute the crime of homicide against three victims.”
According to police, Carols Daniel “N” was wanted in connection with the January 7, 2024 murder that took place on Géminis Street with Andrómedain of Tulum. He was also wanted in relation to the lifeless body found in the town of José María Pino Suárez (FCP) and also for a murder that took place on December 17, 2024 in Tulum.

Police found that body on February 7, 2025 in an area adjacent to the Tulum-Playa del Carmen Federal Highway. They added that the murders are “also related to a criminal group generating violence in the municipality.”
