Othón P. Blanco man charged for having sex with dog

Othón P. Blanco, Q.R. — An Othón P. Blanco man has been charged for having sex with a female dog. The charges were laid Friday. In a statement by local authorities, Bonifacio “N” has been charged “due to his probable participation in acts that could constitute a crime against the environment and wildlife, against a female canine.”

In a statement, the State Attorney General (FGE) said “investigations indicate that, in July 2022 at a home located in the town of Francisco Villa in the municipality of Othón P. Blanco, the now accused was caught by his neighbors when he was allegedly committing acts of zoophilia against the animal.

“Following a complaint filed with the Specialized Prosecutor’s Office for Combating Environmental Crimes, Wildlife and Urban Development, an investigation was opened and an arrest warrant was obtained from the judicial authority which was executed by elements of the Investigative Police.”

A Chetumal judge has required of the accused periodic signing in and being prohibited from approaching witnesses, victims or offended parties during the judicial process.
