Missing nurse found shot dead outside Nicolás Bravo

Othón P. Blanco, Q.R. — A man reported missing April 13 was found dead Thursday during a foot search. A state search team was out scouring green areas in the town of Nicolás Bravo when they came upon his body. Since the discovery of the missing man, an arrest has been made.

According to police, an investigation has begun after locating the lifeless body of Ramiro “N”, reported missing on April 13. Police are treating the case as a homicide. They say Clemente “N” was arrested as the alleged perpetrator for aggravated homicide.

“Following intense search operations, which included the participation of members of the Interinstitutional Group made up of the Quintana Roo FGE, the Ministry of National Defense, National Guard, the Navy, State Police, the State Search Commission and Civil Protection, a male individual was arrested, identified as Clemente “N”, who is allegedly linked to the death of Ramiro “N”,” police reported.

Ramiro “N” was reported missing April 13. He worked as a nurse in the town of Nicolás Bravo. Police say his body was found near the town with a bullet wound.

Police have not provided any additional information including a possible motive for the murder.
