Tulum, Q.R. — A man was found shot to death inside a Tulum bar Wednesday. The shooting happened shortly before midnight in I Scream Bar of the Tulum Hotel Zone.
Reports detail that the shooting took place at 11:50 p.m. by a male subject, who witnesses say, fired twice inside the bathroom, hitting his target. Nightclub staff went to the bathroom where they found the now deceased.
Paramedics arrived only to pronounce the youth on scene. The name of the victim has not been released. Arrests have not yet been made.
Following the shooting, the I Scream Bar posted a message on social media saying, “I Scream Bar was closed not because of COVID-19 but because of disorganized crime.”
