Tulum, Q.R. — A judge has connected Raúl S to the crime of attempted murder. Prosecutors from the Public Ministry of Tulum were successful in linking Raúl S to the crime that occurred in the municipality in late September.
The FGE reports that Raúl S was caught in flagrante delicto after the defendant shot at municipal police with a firearm on September 30. The shooting transpired when police responded to a robbery in process in the Centro neighborhood, where Raúl S and another subject have been named as probable participants.
The detained will remain in preventative detention during the rest of his criminal process.
