Firemen respond to city surveillance report of burning car

Cancun, Q.R. — Cancun firemen were sent to the scene of a car fire after city police noticed the burning vehicle on C5 surveillance. The driver of the vehicle was traveling along Kabah Avenue when the engine began to smoke. That smoke quickly turned to flames which is what caught the attention of monitoring police.

Two Cancun firemen responding to the city report arrived to a fully engulfed Volkswagen engine. By the time the evening fire was extinguished, flames had eaten into the front cab of the car. There were no injuries reported.

An exact cause is not known. Firemen from Bomberos Cancun reported “we received a report via C5 about a vehicle fire on Kabah Avenue. Thanks to the quick action of our brave Cancun firefighters, the fire has been put out and controlled.”
