Tulum, Q.R. — An Australian man living in Tulum has been arrested on rape charges from an incident in 2018. The Attorney General of the State of Quintana Roo says that Andrew H has been arrested after a court found probable cause.
According to a statement from the Fiscalía General del Estado (FGE), the court found probable cause against Andrew H for the crime of rape to the detriment of a minor victim with a reserved identity.
