Tulum, Q.R. — A man wanted for the stabbing death of another man in Tulum has been arrested. The Attorney General of the State reported the November 24 arrest of Jesús D for the November 19 killing of an unnamed man in Tulum.
The Attorney General reported that on the night of November 19, Jesús D argued with his roommate and two others who also lived in the same home. Later, “ the defendant took out a knife and deprived the victim of his life,” before going to the home of the deceased’s next-of-kin and threatening them to leave Tulum.
The FGE says Jesús D was arrested on November 24 on a section of the Tulum – Coba federal highway. He will remain in prison for the duration of his trial.
