Playa del Carmen, Q.R. — A woman was rushed to Playa del Carmen hospital Saturday in serious condition when she was found with cuts to her lower arms. The unidentified woman was reported by passing motorists at the intersection of Los Olivos and Constituyentes Avenues.
According to reports, it was around 4:00 p.m. Saturday when witnesses saw the woman begin cutting her arms around her writs while wandering along the street. Paramedics came and rushed her to hospital in serious condition due to loss of blood.
Authorities have not commented on the identity of the woman or why she was wandering the busy public intersection.
