Playa del Carmen, Q.R. — Winjet ferry services has announced a suspension in two of their routes from the island of Cozumel to the mainland of Playa del Carmen.
The company says that due to the contingencies generated by the coronavirus, they have suspended service from 5:45 a.m. in Cozumel with a return to Playa del Carmen at 7:00 a.m., as well as the route from 21 hours in Cozumel with a return at 22 hours to Playa del Carmen.
Winjet Fast Ferry announced that they will reduce their routes between Cozumel and Playa del Carmen as one of the initial measures for the contingency.
Winjet commented that they have reinforced sanitary measures on their boats and will continue taking the necessary actions for the protection of their clients.
