Oacalco, Morelos — American actor Will Smith landed in the town of Oacalco in the state of Morelos to shoot scenes for his upcoming film, Bad Boys for Life.
The actor and crew landed in the town Wednesday via helicopter to record one scene for the upcoming Bad Boys III movie, however, the quality and conditions of the area was ideal, so the crew shot three scenes.
Alicia Castillo Baraya, general director of the Commission of Films of the Ministry of Tourism and Culture of Morelos said that Smith recorded the scenes for the upcoming movie at the Hacienda de Oacalco.
She said that the week before, 500 extras were hired for the scene production in Mazatepec.
The Hollywood actor and crew landed their helicopter in the sports unit of Ocacalco, causing a stir with unsuspecting residents who took photos upon Smith’s arrival.
After the shoot, Smith made his rounds with fans, taking selfies before leaving. He and his crew relocated to Mexico City where they shot more scenes for the upcoming movie. On his social media, Smith posted a clip of himself on a building in Mexico City.
“Hi, I’m here, Mexico City, we’re going to record the last scenes of the movie ‘Bad Boys’, how do you say ‘helicopter’ in Spanish?”
